Once you sign up for service via our sign-up link a Spoke Folks worker-owner will contact you to confirm your service level.
Billing is primarily done online via emailed invoice from our billing service, which you will receive after service is confirmed.
Our billing service provides options to save your debit/credit card as well as setting up recurring payments with automatic withdrawals.
Your first bill will be sent out before your first pickup date and all invoices must be paid within 30 days.
